These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the pkrvlp platform. By registering an account or using any service on pkrvlp, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. 18+ only.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use pkrvlp. The platform strictly prohibits underage gambling and enforces KYC identity verification before withdrawals are processed.
Each individual may hold only one registered pkrvlp account. Duplicate accounts may be suspended without notice and any associated balances forfeited in accordance with anti-fraud policies.
All transactions on pkrvlp are conducted in PKR. Withdrawals are subject to KYC completion. Processing times and minimum amounts vary by payment method (JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, etc.).
All pkrvlp bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal. Abuse of promotions will result in account suspension.
Use of automated software, collusion, match-fixing, money laundering, or any form of fraudulent activity on pkrvlp is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By accessing the pkrvlp Platform, creating an account, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any supplemental policies published on the Platform, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
2.2 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the pkrvlp Platform and, if applicable, close your account.
2.3 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pkrvlp. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the amended Terms.
3.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on pkrvlp. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. pkrvlp reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time and to suspend accounts where age verification is pending or unsuccessful.
3.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the pkrvlp Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located. pkrvlp does not warrant or represent that access to or use of the Platform is legal in your location. Players in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to register or use pkrvlp services.
3.3 Excluded Persons. Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of pkrvlp and its affiliates are not eligible to register player accounts or participate in any promotional offers on the Platform.
3.4 Self-Excluded Players. Individuals who have requested self-exclusion on pkrvlp are not permitted to create new accounts or attempt to circumvent their exclusion status. Doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms.
4.1 To access the full functionality of the pkrvlp Platform, you must create a single registered account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Pakistani mobile number.
4.2 pkrvlp enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.
4.3 KYC Verification. Before processing any withdrawal, pkrvlp requires successful completion of the KYC identity verification process. This includes submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and, where required, proof of address. pkrvlp reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage.
4.4 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must notify pkrvlp immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
5.1 pkrvlp employs 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption to protect all data transmissions between Users and the Platform. However, you are solely responsible for the security of your own device and login credentials.
5.2 You must not share your pkrvlp account credentials with any third party or permit any third party to access or use your account on your behalf. Any activity carried out under your account credentials shall be deemed your activity and your responsibility.
5.3 pkrvlp recommends that all Users enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts to add an additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.
5.4 pkrvlp will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from pkrvlp requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
6.1 All deposits and withdrawals on the pkrvlp Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkrvlp accepts payments via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change.
6.2 Deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by pkrvlp and may vary by payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your pkrvlp wallet instantly. pkrvlp accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
6.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed only to payment methods previously used to fund your account, subject to pkrvlp's payment processing policies. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Standard withdrawal processing times are up to 3 business days; verified accounts using JazzCash or Easypaisa typically receive funds faster.
6.4 pkrvlp reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. This may delay processing time.
6.5 Inactive Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. pkrvlp may apply a monthly maintenance fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its prevailing inactive account policy. Users will be notified before any fee is applied.
7.1 pkrvlp may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time the offer is made.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your pkrvlp account must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified in the applicable bonus terms) before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Until wagering requirements are met, withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings is not permitted.
7.3 pkrvlp reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Where an offer is cancelled after it has already been claimed, pkrvlp will honour any eligible existing wagering activity in progress at the time of cancellation.
7.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim offers, coordinating with other players to exploit promotions, or engaging in low-risk hedging strategies to circumvent wagering requirements — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
8.1 All bets placed on pkrvlp are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your selections before confirming any wager. Requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets will not be entertained except where expressly permitted by applicable product-specific rules.
8.2 Cricket & Sports Betting. Settlement of sports bets on pkrvlp follows standard international sports betting rules, with market-specific rules published in the help section of the Platform. In cases of event cancellation, postponement, or walkover, applicable void/refund rules will apply as specified.
8.3 Casino Games. All casino games available on pkrvlp — including slots, live blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and other table games — are governed by the specific rules of each game as published within the game interface. Live dealer games use real physical equipment; outcomes are not simulated.
8.4 pkrvlp does not accept liability for bets placed on incorrect outcomes due to User error or technical malfunction on the User's device. In the event of a verified technical fault on pkrvlp's systems that affects bet settlement, pkrvlp will review and resolve the matter at its sole discretion.
9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkrvlp Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
10.1 All content on the pkrvlp Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, graphics, game assets, software, text, and design — is the exclusive property of pkrvlp or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any pkrvlp content without prior written consent.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkrvlp shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
11.2 pkrvlp's aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period preceding the date of the claim.
11.3 pkrvlp does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occasionally affect access to the Platform.
12.1 pkrvlp is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides a range of tools to help Users manage their gambling activity. These include deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, time-out periods, and self-exclusion.
12.2 Self-Exclusion. Users may request a self-exclusion at any time via their account settings or by contacting pkrvlp support. Self-exclusion takes immediate effect and may not be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months. Permanent self-exclusion is also available.
12.3 pkrvlp enforces a strict 18+ minimum age policy and conducts KYC verification to prevent underage gambling. If pkrvlp has reasonable grounds to believe a User is under 18, the account will be suspended pending age verification.

13.1 pkrvlp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, including where pkrvlp suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
13.2 Upon closure of an account for any reason, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of bonuses and bonus-derived winnings) will be returned to the User via their last verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
13.3 Users may close their own pkrvlp account at any time by contacting support. Requests for account closure are processed within 5 business days.
14.1 pkrvlp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email to their registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform.
14.2 Your continued use of the pkrvlp Platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which pkrvlp is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be referred to pkrvlp's customer support team for resolution via internal dispute resolution procedures.
15.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal procedures within 8 weeks, either party may refer the matter to the applicable independent dispute resolution body as specified in pkrvlp's licensing conditions.
15.3 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction.
